| Promotion.
The Promotion Committee markets our downtown district to shoppers
and visitors by forging a positive image through special events, retail
promotions and advertising. The growth of events and participation
of downtown businesses are testimony to the impact of this committee.
Charged with originating concepts, planning activities and carrying
them through to successful conclusions, the Promotion Committee is
constantly in search of fresh approaches and ideas. Participants plan
monthly and seasonal promotions and monitor the ongoing eCoupons
program.
